We’ve streamlined our rank structure to make it even easier to climb the ladder and unlock greater rewards. [1]

• You’ll earn two points for every dollar of initial monthly premium collected on qualifying Allstate Health Solutions individual accident and health products. [2]
• Active participation in the program ensures your current rank is retained annually, beginning each January 15.
• Advance to the next rank level by accumulating the required number of points within the current year.

Producers Club
Reach 4,000 points and earn an additional 1% bonus points per qualifying sale.

Leaders Club
Reach 20,000 points and earn an additional 2% bonus points per qualifying sale.

Elite Club
Reach 40,000 points and earn an additional 3% bonus points per qualifying sale.

Executive Club
Reach 80,000 points and earn an additional 4% bonus points per qualifying sale.

Chairmans Club
Reach 130,000 points and earn an additional 5% bonus points per qualifying sale.
