We are happy to announce the return of Fast Track for 2025 Certifications! After receiving positive feedback from agents last year, we are excited to expand Fast Track to 30% more agents this year. One of the top mentioned benefits was time—agents who certified through Fast Track took an average of one hour to complete certifications versus three hours for agents completing the standard certifications. This helped agents have more time to focus on preparing for AEP.  

 

Starting June 1, agents who meet the criteria for Fast Track can begin their certification process. To qualify, they must meet the following requirements:

  • 2 consecutive years selling with UnitedHealthcare as of May 1, 2024. 
  • 1 or less complaint point between May 1, 2023, and May 1, 2024. 
  • 20 or more approved Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement applications within the last 2 years.

 

Agents eligible for Fast Track will receive an email on June 3, 2024, welcoming them to begin certifications. Agents not eligible for Fast Track will find out about 2025 Certifications in our June 10, 2024, JarvisWrap.

 

Premier Producers who did not qualify for Fast Track will have early access to traditional certifications starting June 1. They will receive email notification on June 3, 2024.

  • The study guide will include content about 2025 CMS and UnitedHealthcare changes.
  • Study Guide enhancements like a simplified look, new search function and knowledge checks—all designed to support you during certifications and get you prepared to sell.
    • The study guide is available on Learning Lab > 2025 Certification Study Guide tab or via Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Learning Lab > Content Library – click on the certification learning path, scroll down to the courses and click on 2025 Certification Study Guide.

·         Elimination of the Events Basics assessment.  

o    For standard certifications, Event Basics is now a

stand-alone module that requires completion only if you plan to file events. There is no longer a requirement to pass an assessment.  

o    For Fast track, Events Basics questions are included, you do not need to complete the Events Basics module if you pass Fast Track.
