It has come to our attention where agents have mistakenly selected 'yes' to the question "Did you personally see all persons proposed for insurance and personally view a photo ID (driver's license, passport) of the Owner and/or Proposed Insured?" during the Agent Questions section in eApp. It is important to clarify this option should only be marked 'yes' if the meeting took place in person (face to face). If the interaction occurred via phone calls, video conferencing, or any other remote means, please select "no". When you select 'no', a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose the correct option.
Incorrect selections in this regard may result in manual underwriting reviews and potential delays in approvals.
