New Business Reports are available in the secure portal of SMM’s website. We can provide an agency log in which will show all agents and business for your office.
NOTE: Stephens-Matthews Marketing is currently in the process of changing and updating our agency login portal. During this transition there may be some delays with ACA reporting in our current system. All other product lines remain up-to-date. For the most current reporting on ACA, please refer to your commission statements.

Contracting Services:·
We have the documents necessary to set up agent links to appoint your agents and instruction sheets for the carriers with set ups needing special attention. · We are able to customize the necessary documents with your company logo and contact information. ·
Commissions Services:·
Statements are available for download in the secure portal of SMM’s website. ·
We will pay your agents as indicated on the provided profile form. This means we can pay all the agent’s commission and your over-rides to your office, or we can pay the agents their commissions directly and the over-ride to your office. The accounting is done for you if we pay the agents directly. ·
Marketing Services:·
We have an open public calendar of training your staff and your agents may attend.
We can set up webinars for your group. This means we can train your marketers, or we can set up training that is appropriate for marketers and agents. · We can also provide one on one training if you would like us to train a marketer or staff member on this market. ·
We can put you in touch with carrier specific reps for training. ·
If your office does email marketing campaigns, we can assist you with email content and lists. ·
We keep our carrier and state offering updated on our website.
We load market updates on our website for important news and information.
We will update you and/or someone you choose from your team on industry changes and carrier expansions. ·
