Refer ACA clients for cash
If you opt-in to the HealthSherpa referral program, they'll pay you for applications that are from a carrier you aren't appointed with.
HealthSherpa is an ACA-only business, so rest assured that you can sell any other products to the clients you refer to them.
Extending Enhanced ACA Subsidies Through 2025
The U.S. Senate and House of Representatives have passed the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and President Biden has signed the bill into law.
Originally set to expire at the end of this year, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) extends the enhanced American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) ACA premium tax credit subsidies through 2025.
ARPA included temporary subsidy increases for health insurance, including larger ACA subsidies for individuals between 100—400% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and expanded subsidy eligibility for individuals above 400% FPL.
Never ask again:
Client Marketplace Notices visible through your HealthSherpa account
As an ACA agent, you know there are several notices the Marketplace sends to your client with regards to their eligibility, 1095 A, and follow ups.
Instead of asking your clients for these notices, you can now access them directly from each client’s profile in your HealthSherpa for Agents account.
